This is a very easy recipe to make. Make extra and freeze the burgers.

Yield: 5 Burgers
Ingredients:
- Lean Ground Turkey 1.25 lbs.
- Grated Carrots ½ cup
- Parsley or Cilantro 1/3-1/2 cup
- Onion or Scallion ½ cup
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp.
- Sea Salt ½ tsp.
- Ground Black Pepper ½ tsp.
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp.
- Onion Powder 1 tsp.
- Olive Oil 1-2 T. (Coconut oil can also be used in place of Olive oil)
- Non-Stock Spray
Equipment:
- Large mixing bowl
- Cutting board and vegetable chopping knife
- Measuring cups and spoons, Spatula
- Large skillet or grill- you can use a George Forman grill
Preparation:
- Grate carrot and chop onion, parsley or cilantro.
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well with hand or potato masher.
- Heat skillet on medium and when hot, spray non stick oil. If you want a richer flavor, add Olive or coconut oil.
- Take a ½ cup measuring cup and dip in water. Then measure out turkey mixture andplace on a heated skillet. Continue this until the turkey mixture is gone.
- Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, then flip burgers and cook for 3-5 minutes more until cooked through. Cut into the middle of the burger to test for doneness.
* If you are a patient needing to avoid histamines, onion and garlic powder, worcestershire sauce can be left out.
