Homemade Electrolyte Hydration Beverage

Homemade Electrolyte Hydration Beverage

Serving: Makes 1 quart- 32 fl oz.

Ingredients:

— 8 fl oz. Orange Juice
— 24 fl oz. Water- filtered
— 1/3 tsp. Salt- any kind
— 1 T. Honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. You can place some of the liquid into a ice tray to freeze the juice and add them as ice cubes to the rest of the fluid.
  3. Take with you on your next golf round.
